The rack is standard 1 1/2" rack tube, so any clamp and cymbal arm that fit a standard rack will work. Toms are different only in that you need a hex type arm for those, but those are also standard and Gibraltar is just one brand that makes a compatible tom arm.
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

Do you guys have the link or part # to the rack clamp and cymbal arm from Gibraltor? I'm not sure which ones I should look for on the website. Thanks!

Here is one example of a cymbal arm:

There are lots of different choices and lots of diferent brands, since it is standard 1 1/2" rack hardware.

I'm guessing it's this one: http://www.gak.co.uk/en/stagg-acl-b-multi-clamp/33173 ?

It's probably the cheapest you can get. It's good to know it's an okay quality.

I use 2 Pearl pipe clamps:
http://www.pearleurope.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=147&TopId=1&MainId=7&SubId=196&ProductName=PCL-100

and put short cymbal holders (also Pearl) in them. Found it nice to use the rack and it works well for me.
