Hi, wonder if anyone can help.
I loaded a Yamaha snare sample into my "Snare" folder. I then loaded it up into one of my kits, it worked fine for a few seconds and then crashed. I removed the snare which I thought was the problem but on restarting the unit and selecting the original snare the "kit" keeps crashing.
Even though I have deleted the "offending" snare sample from it's folder I'm guessing the issue remains somewhere in the .kit folder.
Any help resolve this appreciated.

hi

What is your serial number ?

the serie  from serial number 1050 upto 1559 is known to have such problems , caused by a bad SD card batch .....

Thanks for the info, will have a look tomorrow.

Anyone know anymore about this faulty SD card business? Mine falls within the range of those that have been suggested as "faulty". Any information appreciated.

Cheers.

Manfred

Hi,

if you have a kit with a serial number in that range contact your retailer or the distributor. They can replace the SD-Card or if you want to replace it by your own they can send a new card. That was the thread with the first reports of the problem:

Just in case you don't want to send back your module and replace the cards by yourself you can have a look here:
