Every brand (roland, yam) uses its own kind of trick for this. And inside the 2Box module there is no positional sensing at this moment. In the future there will be

Hi

I think that it won't work very well, because Roland makes positional sensing with the sensor in the middle of the pad.

Yes there will be more samples in every sound (dsnd file): samples for the middle of the snare, samples for the edge...

I wish 2BOX company will sell the orange (colour doesn't matter) bar
with an arm to hold the bass drum pad, as they did for the hihat stand holder.

this 2nd Bass-Drum Holder must be simple to release... on my wish-list there is a Multicore made for the Starter-Set with optional straps for more wires (for optional Pads...) fixed on the Rack... and stopping the Cable-Salad
