HiHat midi playback failure

Hi all!

Is there already a threat about that topic?

Problem: when I record a pure HiHat on my Cubase (some open-close notes) and play it back on Drumit 5 via midi, it works almost ok. But when i play some other instruments (kick, snare...) along with it, the continuous controller is shredded. No matter if cc#1 or cc#4. It also happens, when I record HH and the other instruments separately overdubbed, even on separate tracks. Vice versa, when I record all together and delete all notes but HH, everything works fine.  ???

I am using a MOTU Traveler interface, the first generation, via firewire.

Can anybody help? Thanks.

Hi. Sorry I didn't catch your question earlier. But as a sequencer should act as a kind of delay (playing back whats been recorded earlier), try the drumit in local off mode and connect midi in directly to midi out. If that works, it's up to your interface / sequencer to catch that data stream.
