The COMPLETE Midi-Layout

does anyone has the complete midi layout for the 2 box module.for the entire hihat and cymbal zones and so on?

i try to programm the new analouge drumkit via midi:  http://www.analoguedrums.com/details-plastique.php

How do you do the programming / mapping?
Those are all Kontakt presets, right?

just program kontakt after the 2box midi layout.
