Good debate on the VDrums Forum, I would be agree with that reply "I think you'll find that the EULA is referring to the software rather than the audio that the software produces. The audio file that you create from the software becomes your property whether you edit it, record it onto a cd or put it into another sampler. "

Using and sharing vst samples in the 2box brain is certainly forbidden, but can't we share artistic creations created with one of these softwares?
For example, a snare drum solo? 

It seems that it is not possible with Ezdrummer (can't find SD2 EULA) concerning loops or solo parts.
