Slap the drummer

to mention again a topic that Rudiman (and myself) has asked about......

Can we use the brain to stop and start loops and/or samples without having to introduce any
other electronic kit?

   the only way i see is to create a long repeating loop , and assign it to a cymbal BELL/BOW sound using dsoundtool , and a sample with silence for EDGE to stop it  with the crash hit or the choke funtion...

that would make sense with the current setup but I suspect it's something they could build into an OS update. Any lurking Swedes like to comment? I'd love this functionality.

Thanks for your suggestion edtc.

Interesting to note that in the 'demo video' I posted up in the "MkII Videos Needed", Bengt clearly says
that the 2box has the ability to "trigger loops to start and stop" - and that was in, what, 2008 I think it was.

they were also talking about REX file compatibility ...

hope they will iclude a wise loop trigger utility... i posted some ideas a month ago ...maybe some will be heard
