Help, I've got a OS1.02 BOOT 1.30 machine but how do I upgrade to OS 1.10?

I'm new to this forum. I recently bought a 1st gen. 2 box drumit5. It has OS1.02 BOOT 1.30. How do I upgrade my machine?
The website has OS1.10 download, but when I click on this I just get a BIN file which I cannot open.

Also how do I find the metronome?

HELP!

You wont find any metronome in OS1.02 ...

It s also normal that you cant open the file on your PC... it is not an "auto installer application "
