2 2box kickpads

hello,

is it possible to use 2 2box kick pads at 1 2box module?

this is  possible ...

try with 2 toms first ... but , you'l need a special cable to do this ... a Y cable but with the 2 outputs(mono jacks) wired to TIP/SLEEVE of a TRS jack ... there is DC present at RING of KICK Input , so i think its better to be carefull not to short circuit it ...

correct me if i am wrong, but you only can route one (the same) sound the the 2 kick pads then?

using a double bass footmachine would be the same, right?

exactly ...  2 pads sharing the same sound chanel

... but some people prefers to have 2 separate pedals , because a single pedal allways work better than the double pedal "satelite" , even high end ones ...

maybe the trigger response  can be better too , and drum skins will last longer...

There are also Keith Moon fans ...;)   :drum2:
