Light in the bassdrum.

I saw on this forum, that someone wants i light in the bassdrum.
Yesterday when i practice in the dark, and i saw there IS A LIGHT IN THE BASSDRUM :-)
Is this a mk2 thing or was it there before?

Pretty sure it's an MK1 thing.  I have it, and I think it means your bass drum has the plate on the front.
The bass drum on the MK2 kits are the same as the toms I believe.

One of the guys, no names, told me an original idea of lights in ALL the drums, making the heads sort of glowing. To bad that didn't happen....
