hihat raw setting - calibration

I have a drumit 5 MK2. Had some issues with my hihat, so decided to re-calibrate it. The screw on the back does nothing now? I've never had this problem until today.

I turn the screw and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Check your cables...if the problem just showed up suddenly.
