laptop doesn't recognize Drumit3

Hi everyone.

my new laptop won't recognize my drumit 3 module when I boot it in USB mode.  it works perfectly if I try to connect it to my wife's laptop, and they both have windows 10 installed, so I don't understand what the issue might be! any ideas?

Hi.
In USB mode, the DrumIt should behave as a standard USB mass storage device.
That means, exactly the same as a normal FAT32 formatted USB Flash drive.
You have any of those to test on your laptop?
