ddrum4edit sound file editing tool 1.00.23
« on: June 22, 2021, 12:00:04 PM »
Ken just launched a new version of the fantastic tool ddrum4edit!!

The new version of ddrum4edit now supports direct wave file encoding and no longer requires the extra load/dump process for the module to do the encoding as was done previously.

The latest ddrum4edit 1.00.23 is now available, including new support for including custom samples.

More info available on the ddrum forum https://unofficially-ddrum.proboards.com/post/1943/thread.

Cheers and Enjoy says KEN!!! (And we say THANK YOU!!!)

Best Regards

Nice!

IIRC you need to import the dd3 file into an audio editor (like Audacity) as raw, 16bit, Big Endian and then save as a wave file? There are many cool dd3 samples so I was considering adding the ability to read these directly as well without the preliminary conversion requirement.

Cheers!
