I live in Montreal, Canada, and I have ordered my kit yesterday! 
The Canadian wholesaler is waiting for the kits at the end of January.
Bengt from 2box told me the same thing when I send him a mail.
He also told me that this 2nd batch of kits will have the new hithat bracket and rims and last OS.
