Split wave mode setting

I am using the 2Box Drumit Five module as a kick trigger module as well as backing track player, but I have an issue with the wave-player (ACMP) output routing/setting.

I have a bunch of wave-files with a clicktrack panned hard right and backing track panned hard left. Obviously, I need the backing track to go to FOH, but not the clicktrack which I only need in my in-ear monitor.

I am using the "split wave mode" setting 2, as explained on page 43 of the manual which works ok, but whenever I change to a new song on my playlist the playback setting resets. This means that I have to push the left data controller button to activate "split wave mode" every single time I want to play a new track...
Is there a way to make the ACMP stay in "split wave mode" when changing songs!? Simply saving the KIT settings doesn't do the trick.

The manual has no info on this and there is no global UNIT settings for this feature.
