Jobeky hihat issues

Hello everyone!
I'm totally new to edrums even though I've been playing for 30 odd years, so bear with me  if my questions are stupid!! Here it goes. I have a jobeky kit with jobeky hat and cymbals. The hihat is 2 zones with a choke function, but I can only get an edge sound wherever I hit it, plus no choke. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance and ciao from Italy 🇮🇹!

How do your settings look like on your Three module? Are You using a trs cable (stereo with tip, ring and sleeve connector) between the hihat pad and the 2box unit?
