Module problems

Hey. I have recently been having some problems with my module, i bought my 2box drumkit a couple of weeks ago and when i power it on and start playing it kind of ''freezes''. Like when your really old computer freeze the image and you cant turn it off nor do anything. . The LCD screen is on but there is no sound when you hit the toms, kick etc. Like i said ''frozen''.
If anyone have the same problem or knows what i should do (if its something wrong with the software etc)
