Hi all, I have a lovely DI 5 Mk 2 which plays beautifully with my DIY triggers but the line input volume  is way to low. If I try to play along to music from my phone it's drowned out by the kit sounds. Sure I could go and reduce all the pad volumes to balance it out but that is such a pain. Anyone else have this problem and more importantly a solution?

I've never had an issue with line level, in fact, usually the opposite that it's too hot and has to be reduced.
A couple of questions for you...

Is your phone on full volume?
If the line level fader up at a decent level
Is there an attenuator for Line In in settings that needs to be adjusted (I genuinely don't know this as I've not got a 2box module currently)
Is the cable okay? If you've for a stereo to mono cable (or vice verse) it can cause phase cancellation and this reduce the volume. Though the sound of this would be a bigger more noticeable issue.
My Hovercraft is full of Eels!

you have to increase the level in the mixer, by default is set to 0 I think.

Thanks guys. I assume you mean the level in the headphone mix. Had a quick look in the manual and its not immediately obvious how to do that. I'll sit down and try to work it out.
