2 Box module vs. Alesis Stike Module

Anybody here who has used both modules with vst's not one or twice but often and which did you prefer and why? I am on my THIRD 2 box 5 module. Had 2 and  went acoustic for a while and now have one with  a smaller kit.  But thinking about grabbing A strike module. Sliders and seems to have more adjustability in the module. If I am wrong ., hit me straight

Strike sliders only effect main outs and phones not the individual outs

So Digs . You have loaded Vst's into both Strike and 2 Box modules?

Hi,

I’ve loaded many vst’s into my old drumit5 and my current drumit3, they sound and play awesome.

I’ve not had the strike module long and so far have only used stoke sounds to layer on top of the 2box sounds.

The sounds on the strike are very good on their own but layered with the 2box it sounds great.

Digs, I have played the Strike Module ( not set up properly in a Guitar center) but not with vsts . If you end   up using the Strike with Vst's,  please let me know . Did you keep your 2 box or get rid of it? Just thinking it might not be bad to have another module around. Maybe I will pop for the Strike. I know Jman had worked out a fix for the compatibility of  2 Box with alesis cymbals but unfortunately he is gone . I have Stealth cymbals so should be ok . Dont know about the hi hat . Gonna reach out here about that now

I will let you know how I get on with vsts in the strike module.

I still have my drumit 3, I prefer it to the strike.

I got the strike as a backup when playing live but I’ve ended using both modules to layer the kick, snare and toms.
