no collaboration

i cant collaborate my hi hats on my drumit5 after an update, should i just try a factory reset? help please!

im using the 2box hi hat and this is whats on my 2box
anything i should get rid of or change?

Then it is probably booting up with the last OS 1.32.4...but you could easily boot it up on a older version and see if your hi-hat calibration starts working again with this version.

To boot an older version of OS - press the middle DATA button while powering up. Then select the previous version. 1.32.0

Keep the files on the root file system. Don’t delete anything. It won’t help.

1.24os works with the hi-hat but the bass drum wont triger, any help?
