Advice from some British mates

Hi guys, I need some advice regarding an order I placed for a Roland 13" Powerply head from Andertons Music  a week and a half ago. I am located in NY, USA and have not gotten anywhere by email. They have already charged my Paypal account (to which I have filed a complaint) and incorrectly listed my address as being in the UK which I also tried to correct, and never sent me an order verification. They do not reply to my emails and I am becoming extremely frustrated.
Has anyone had any dealings with these guys?

This is unfortunate, Andertons are one of the UK leading suppliers for musical instruments, have you tried calling them or messaging their Facebook page?

Yes, I've tried calling but their phone is forever busy. I sent them a message by Facebook, which they saw earlier today, but still no contact.
