Hi-hat plays open

Hello,
My hi-hat played open. While calibrating I couldn't get the hi hat closed on the screen. Since I had to repeat the calibration all the time more often, I've decided to buy a new hi hat but still it plays open  The only difference is that calibrating now shows the hi hat closed on the screen but the sound still is open.
Is there any wrong setup on the unit?
Any hint?

are you sure your HiHat trigger type is set to "hihat" , and not pad , cymbal or so ...
