Factory Reset Help

Hello,new boy here,I have just bought a 2Box kit and I want to update and do a factory reset could anybody help me with a walk-through and where I can download the files to reset the module to factory reset. I have checked the online manual but no luck, I don`t know where I`m going wrong. Thank`s for any help.
