Default snare settings?

Can someone give me the default snare settings, including the rim?

I don't think anyone will still have their kit set up with default anything. The quickest way for you to do this is pull the dkit file from your backup (you did do a backup right?) or download a fresh one. You can rename it and put it on your module, then press one of the buttons (I can't remember which) to load it at boot. Once you write down your snare settings, reboot.
