where can I buy the original 2box instrument cables (stereo)?

I don't know if it's possible to buy them separately, you can shoot a mail to 2box if you really want them, they should tell you who carries spares. However, you only need to get standard TRS cables.

Hosa CSS-110R and CSS-115R .... or sometimes the no. is CSR-110 or CSR-115. Those are TRS one side L one side straight. Anyway those are the cables similar to what 2Box uses and Roland. Readily available and inexpensive in the US.
