After some customers mentioned using my Stealth cymbal triggers in combination with Cymgard cymbal mutes, I decided to test a few out myself. Converting the acoustic cymbals to electronics happens fast. Slip on the Cymgards, peel n stick my triggers to the cymbals, plug n and play. With the full Stealth Cymbal conversion kit I include clear vinyl dampening. This just adds another option to use the Cymgards for muting and my Stealth Cymbal Triggers ala carte. Thanks for taking the time to read, J

Good video - and it's great to see another solution for cymbal dampening. Even better that it's totally reversible.  Will you be offering these as an add-on to your DIY kits, Jman?

Thanks Allan. I haven't discussed any details with Rod yet. But, I already carry a sort of ala carte (less expensive) Stealth trigger system geared toward Gen16 AE cymbal users. So, for now I will have a similar offering geared toward the Cymgard muted cymbals. J

nice! Sold my brother my last TDW-20 for his studio and his professional clients hate the HH response of the VH-12. They are looking for more intricate HH nuance, response and versatility for multiple genre recordings. He's also looking into a 2Box for a better HH solution to trigger midi in the studio and reproduce the recordings in live venues without all the extra gear for his band. I've been telling him about your system for the Gen 16s and your 2Box control box. I'll show him this vid and the triggers of yours that I have when he comes to town.
