2Box Module w/ "other" pads

Good morning all!  Quick question while I await the arrival of my DrumIt 5.  Should I flip over the module more so than the hardware, do my options include using the module with my Roland kit?  If so, can I expect excellent results? 

Add a ride cymbal and this is my kit.

I think the drum  pads will be ok after adjusting your trigger settings, but the cymbals will not be 100 percent and the hi hat needs an adapter from stealthdrums.com
