PASSWORD FOR SOUNDSET FILES?

HELP -
I have juts upgraded to OP system 1.26 and I HAVE download the recommended full  Soundset BUT when I try to transfer the files to the Unit every file gives me a message that its Password Protected and it wont transfer without a password???  Does any know what this password is.
