Question regarding VST applications

I know lots of people use EZdrummer, BFD, Steve Slate etc.
What would your recommend to a primarily rock, pop punk drummer as far as sounds, 2box compatibility goes.

It's really a personal choice and depends a lot on your budget and requirements (like 3 zones for all cymbals). Addictive Drums, BFD3, Superior Drummer, EZdrummer and the Native Instrument series are all good choices, it just depends on your taste. You may want to wait for Addictive Drums 2 because it will be released next week. You can try the free version of Addictive Drums and BFD3 demo. Also make sure to try Sennheiser DrumMicA (free, here).
