I have the 32gb mod and my questions is, when i saved my custom drum kits how I transfer that to the 32gb card? Do I need to replace / overwrite any file?

You'll just have to put the SD card in a card reader on your computer and copy the files. Nothing needs to be overwritten. Make sure to turn off the module when you insert or remove the card from the module.
