Hi All,

I want to plug an ipod into the line in and I have no idea what cable I need. I would like it in stereo and the manual mentions 2 input sockets. Can someone link me to a cable that can be used?

Thanks

... so a mini stereo jack to jack with and a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adaptor. You normally get one of these when you buy some decent headphones.

You can get 3.5mm to 6.3mm cables though. Try Maplin or eBay.

You don't need that one.

You need a 3.5mm jack (mini) to 6.3mm Jack (both stereo)
You can use also a 2 sided 3.5mm mini jack and at one side an adapter (3.5 to 6.3)

In the brain use line in and dont forget to adjust the volume in the mix (default at 0)

What's wrong with the cable that Neil posted? I ordered one of those last night.

This he was refering to UC's post, which was a stereo to 2xmono splitter...

Alex

Oops I meant UC's post, i'll see if I can cancel that order then.

oops, well that's pretty embarrassing! Sorry for any inconvenience Alex. I should have looked closer (I assumed it was like the line-out after a quick check). PM me if you can't cancel it and I'll buy it off you through paypal or something, I can never have too many leads! :)

Alex

no worries UC, i'll keep hold of it in case I need it at some point.
