Hi as stated in the subject I installed an sd card extender today and loaded up a new card with sounds at first it said no OS so I checked and the OS file was there.I then put the OS on the outside of the DRUMIT FIVE folder and received this code FAT_S_0512_C_08k. this is the card I used http://www.amazon.com/Lexar-Professional-Class-Flash-Memory/dp/B003JTHN2W/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1386033021&sr=1-6&keywords=lexar+sd+card

I know it's not the card extender it read and played the stock card fine. Maybe it's a bad card Idk any help is appreciated thank you. :(

Did you format the card? The genuine Lexar cards don't need formatting. From the error code it looks like your card is formatted with 8KB cluster and it needs to be 32KB. From your previous posts I think you are on a Mac. Other people on Macs had problems where they plugged their card into the Mac and were prompted to format. Also be sure the .metadata_never_index file is on your card ..... that file, the Drumit.dkit file, drumitInit.dkit, and the Drumit126.bin file all go to the Root of the card.
You will most likely need to reformat the card. Use this to format: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
