Basic advices about my new MKII kit

Hi again 2Box forum!

I have finally managed to set everything up and now my MKII is properly working and I just LOVE it!

Now my question: there is anything very important I need to know about maintenance?
I read something about felt beaters spoling the kick pad, should I buy Evans patch or something similar to prevent any possible damage? What else? I just want to be sure I'll be playing without any wrong consequence

if you are using a felt beater, then definitely get a patch, as the felt is like a scourer on the mesh.

another thing to keep an eye on is the o-rings that attach the rim triggers to the pads, as they are destined to eventually break, and should be replaced before you wail on the rims.
