Today I've convert my 2x mk1 kickpads to mk2.
I have ordered 2x 628 meshheads and they work fantastic!, without changing settings in my module.
My 2 bassdrums have never work that good,  Iam happy!

yeah, i recently put a 682drums head on my kick too. is good.

i haven't converted my MKI to a MKII yet, what kind of beater are you using?

Iam using the orange tennis ball beater, mk2 version works a lot better than the mk1.
Triggers better, feels better, and it does not make so much sound as the mk1 does.

hmm, unfortunately i haven't found anyone that sells ball beaters in Australia. and the places i've found that stock them overseas want silly shipping money (e.g. Thomann has 50 euro flat rate shipping to Australia)...
