Drumit Five Ride Cymbal Functionality/Triggering Problems

I'm just wondering if you could help me on an issue that I have been having for ever since I got the drumit five.

My ride cymbal has not been consistent in it's triggering. For example when I want to play on the bow of the cymbal, and I will get the bell triggering every now and again, especially if I want to play a fast pattern. Likewise with the bell, when I hit the bell, the bow will trigger.

I'm not sure if anyone have come across this before? I've tried to adjust the triggering settings on the module to no avail. I have been in contact with Bengt but couldn't come up with a solution. I have tried seeing if the lead was dodgy, but no change.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Is the pad size set to cymbal 14 ?

I've noticed the same thing: when hitting the bow, the bell triggers once in a while.

I think it's set to 14, but will have a look, I assume this is on the drum screen?
