Broken Rim Replacement

I have the Mark 1 pads with Lexan rims. My pads have the 3 small plastic indents on the rims. They have cracked off. There is now no way to attach the rubber grommets. Can I buy new rims for these pads and not experience the breakage after a mere few hours of playing, or are these pads rendered useless. Where can I buy replacement rims if they do exist. I've scoured the internet and have come up with zero results. I am in New Jersey, USA
