Hi Hat not "sloshing" when up

Hi everyone, I just got my 2box module today and Im using it with the roland td30 kit. I have the 2Box hi hat and the weirdest thing I cant figure out. Before calibrating it, I just played around with it and when I have the pedal up it was fine. I could hear the 2 cymbals hitting each other and creating a nice "sloshing sound". After a while, I cannot get it to play fully open. When I try to swell on the hi hats, it doesnt carry on naturally, it just as if its half open or something? PLEASE HELP!

Can you explain how you are doing the calibration ?

Yeah .. Would try calibrating again .. Would say if your used to playing the td30 then you may find the 2 box hi hat a little less pleasing.. Think it's the weak link of the kit... Roland hi hat in my opinion is much smoother and feels more refined..
