Hello.
Is this always on the same sounds?
If it is, is it there directly after power on or does it come later?
Is it on all outputs?

What I'm trying to find out is where in the signal chain it appears.
We have problems with certain SD cards, in that case the distortion will remain once it appears. If it comes and goes it might be a bad electrical component. If it's always on a certain output (but not others) it might be a bad output amp (to be honest, we never seen that problem).

Of course we'll try to help you out.

hi again!
replaced the old SD card with a new sd.
no effect!
replaced the drum module(brain) with a new one new module drumit five .
no effect!

1)yes noise-distortion is in all the sounds.
2)no after power but done after an hour.
3)yes it's on all outputs

thanx Sakis

Is your power adapter getting very hot?
Maybe after a while when it gets too warm, the secondary ac voltage drops and the internal power circuits can't deliver a clean voltage anymore.
Otherwise is the main ac voltage too low? It should be 230 V +-5 %.

Hi,
- It is on all sounds
- It comes later (some time later.... after powering up)
- It is on all outputs. Maybe this can be important?..Even when I turn the headphone level down it is still there.
I mean when turning the master level knob down the drumsound is as soft, zero as the level BUT the distortion is still on the headphone output AND at the same volume constantly. Turning the masterlevel up again then it is (what is very logically:-) at the outputs again together with the drumsound.
AND NO :-))it has nothing to do with my headphone:-)))

Thank's

Hi.
You say the distortion is there even if the volume is down all the way?
So actually it's more like a hum / noise being there even if you don't play any sounds?
Seems like bad power because of too low AC input voltage or components gone bad.
Never encountered this before. I guess you should send your unit in for service.

It must be something to do with the powersuply (or power source)
You swapped the brain and its still there??? The chance that two modules has exactly the same defects, sounds very unlikely. Is the  noise-distortion also there when you hit the buttons on the module? With no pads connected?
In that case i suggest that you try the module in a different location (with a different PSU).

is subject SUPPLY?PLEASE HELP ME I CAN NOT NOISE!!!

Hi drummer 81,

i still have that F* problem. ???
Don't know what it is. It is not always there.
Do you also have the distortion at the output also when you turn the master volume down?

I'll sent Bengt a message about this problem.

it's a big problem,anyone???

drummer81

when i turn off the volume the distortion doesn't sound at the output,in any other case the problem it's still the same after i turn on the module for an hour and plus there is distortion again...
it it a problem of the overheat of the ac adaptor ? :-[ :-[ :-[

Could you post a recording of the distorted sounds?

woh that sounds pretty bad! Did you try another CPU?
