Hi, I got my new DrumIt Five set a couple of days ago and took the chance to test them live. And I´m satisfied so far. What a difference in sound compared to my Roland TDW-20! Also easier to setup, adjust and more fun to play on.

However since I just got them I´d appreciate advice on how to connect them to our mixer. I read the manual briefly before the gig and we got it working but not the way we wanted.

I´d like to use one of the following alternatives - foremost no 1:
1) connect the pads separate - kick in output number 1, snare - no2, hihat - no 3, toms - no 4, cymbals - no 5 and rimshot - no 6.

or in worst case

2) connect the whole kit using two outouts for stereo.

One problem is I can´t find the Config page under Units - it doesn´t seem to exist in my module.
I´m merely a drummer, not technician in any way so I would really appreciate your help here. Oh and english is´nt my natural language so keep it simple please.

Thanks in advance!

I think everyone is a little busy making samples at the moment with the new software!

Hit the UNIT button, then scroll down to the NODE menu.  This is where you assign your Groups to individual outs.  The next page down is the OUTS menu, this is where you can rename the groups, say whether they are stereo or mono, headphone mix etc.

If you are running the latest software, you should see these menu's.  Make sure you are running O/S 1.04.
