There's a lot of discussion about the latency issue on this site, but maybe you missed it. If tweaking the trigger settings doesn't help, there's a possibility that the SD card is bad. In that case, try another SD card that has the "A1" category label.
If replacing the SD card does not help, it's unfortunately possible that there's nothing you can do about it. I tried pretty much every tweak that we could think of, but in the end, I just couldn't get VST kits to play perfectly. I had no problems with 2box's own samples though.
