So I am preparing my 2 box mk1 for sale and testing everything and the HH calibrated on one kit and not for the others? I also had to unplug the HH cord and plug in to get the calibration to work. Do I have to copy the calibration to each kit and is that possible?

No, the Hihat calibration setting is a global setting and when done...will affect all kits equally. If not-I would examine the hi-hat and the 2box module more carefully. Something is wrong here.
