my drumit5 wont boot up, it says usb disconnected and says error, can anyone help?

Possible card error maybe. If you don't have the 32gb modification, you'd have to open the module to get the card out and reformat or replace it.
To reformat, after you have done that you'd have to recopy Di5 content onto it.
If you replace the card, make sure you get the right kind, and then put on the content. Jman will help you with both of these things but I also have di5 content.
Agree with what Steve posted. You will need to take the module apart. If it doesn't have the card extender it could be as simple as taking the card out and putting it back in (just in case it isn't seated right). If that isn't it you will be looking at reformatting or replacing the card. If that happens with a module that has the extender, removing the card from the external card slot and reinserting a few times sometimes works. But if not opening up the module will be necessary. thanks guys got it working, but now after an update i cant seem to calibrate my hi hat, the hi hat calibrate page seems more like the drumit3, any advice?
Did you put the drumit3 firmware on it?
