looks like you didn't insert the SD card extender all the way in or your SD card is not working or you didn't put all the files in the root folder.

I believe the USB mode won't work if you are using the 32gb SD card mod - you should remove the card and insert it into a card reader on your PC/laptop....

Yeah, DO NOT use it in usb mode with a 32 gig mod. I am lead to believe that you could actually damage it permanently doing that. The fact the SD card can be taken to a computer, all files transferred a lot quicker than in USB mode without the module means USB mode is redundant anyway.

The first thing I would do is contact the seller. If he says all is working then maybe he can explain. When you buy something you normally go back to the seller right away if something isn't as described. 2nd, All 2Box modules come with an original 4GB card, the factory card that is installed inside the module. Did you get that with the module or just that 32GB Card? Troubleshooting: 1st, yes you could try the card inside the module without the cable. If the card does not work directly in the module most likely you need a new card. Extender might be OK. What brand, type of card is it? You do not show the card really in your videos. The good news is that most likely it is a problem with the Card and or the cable, much cheaper than replacing the module.
Also, if you plugged that module into the computer with the USB port of the module since it has the 32GB mod ..... you probably ruined the Card ..... several people have ruined their cards that way rendering them unusable .... The reason this thread in the link below was started .... and the reason I put a Warning with all the Card Mod kits I sell:

Hi!

On the captured screenshot above, from the OP’s MAC You see exactly that he has been using the USB connection to his module. (Not the reading SD card directly in his MAC)

You can also see that this card is probably bigger than 4GB because there are other directories than the standard content.

So I am pretty sure he has ruined his card by hooking it up to his mac through usb.

On Mac...you don’t even need to save or copy any sounds or files to damage a SD card...it is enough to just connect the module over usb...and it will be gone.

Hi!

If preparing a new card where you put all content, with your SD card in the Mac, please be sure to format it first in FAT32 format. (Or check if it is in FAT32)
Then you copy all content and OS to the SD card. You can download a fresh copy here : http://2box-drums.com/support/

You should now be able to boot on your module using the card.

I think and insist the problem is in the sd card extender not inserted correctly into the sd card slot in the module, 1 mm off and it wont read it...

It’s strange that the screen is just blank after booting.

It looks like the firmware / bootloader is ok and that problems starts when reading the OS from SD.

If you take out the SD card and try to boot. Do you get any error messages?

Hmm...

Then I would definitely suspect the SDcard or the cable anyway...

Have you any chance to borrow a known and working SD card?
