Have restrted my Drumit 5 module after been stored for last year.
Accidentally used the wrong power source.
Found correct one but now on start up
First reads" Flash error" then "FAT error" then "No OS' Then "usb disconnected"
can anyone suggest any resolves.

he had the same FAT_error message and solved it.
I don't know if you solved it already. I sent you a previous link that seems useful when your actually working card becomes corrupted.
However, if the card is just installed on the 2box it might be something else... I just came across the same error when trying to install a 16Gb card with a extension modification. What I did was to format the SD card, but instead of using the built-in tool on my Mac, I used the widely recommended tool :
