Title: Strange tomsound sampling?

I tried to find nice pop toms and I really like the x-shell pack, especially the emperor toms. What I noticed was that the 14" x-shell emperor seems to be almost dead.. It don't sound as the other in that serie. Does you guys have the same opinion?
