Hey there, I've got a Taiko AU instrument for Kontakt 5 in Logic x and I'm trying to get my drum it 5 to trigger the sounds for recording purposes. What do I need to do to get this to work? I remember doing it it a few years back with a TD20 and BFD in logic via midi but completely forgot the procedure. Help please...Cheers!
From the 2box side you just need a usb->midi cable. This will be seen in the system and Logic will pick it up automatically. On the 2box you just need to go into settings make sure the midi channel its transmitting on is the right one (usually you use 10 for drums), and make a note of the mapping in case you have problems in Logic.
