When can we expect the 8" Tom for sale?
I asked a distributer about this when I bought my kit in January, and I was told that there were no plans to release an 8 inch tom in the near future.
You could always do what I did and buy a Roland PD80 or 85. Makes a great addition to the kit, especially when you can get them second hand for £60.00!

Ok, strange....from there own website:
Pads: 8 to 14 inch sizes equipped with mesh heads, standard heads or specially designed DrumIt rubber head. Separate rim trigger.

Yes, just like the 8 inch toms the rubber heads aren't yet available either.
as i said in another post , PDX-8 are great with the module , no hot spot ( side sensor like 2box pads) but of course the rim triggering wont be as good as with the 2box floating sensor...
With crosstalk , treshold and gain adjustement , it should be ok .... but after all , who cares for rim sounds on a 8" pad :)
