Hi all,
I have an additonal 2x Roland PD-85's that I would like to replace the mesh heads on.
Does anyone know where I can get 8" versions of the 2Box heads or something by another company that is very close in feel and volume? I really hate the soft snare effect from the Roland double ply heads.

If it's mesh, we've checked it out. Check out the latest digitalDrummer where we review three more mesh heads and summarise our findings to date. There's plenty of choice, depending on how much you want to spend and if you're after rebound, silence or both.
i still wish digital drummer could ghet its hands on the 2box mesh heads, so that we have even more understanding of the comparisons. cant wait for new issue. how many days left? 3?
