Post by: Manfred on December 25, 2011, 02:33:11 AM

Hello,

continuing the "old" tradition from 2009 and 2010 the homepage is updated and comes with christmas gifts for us 2Box users:

- New Drum Samples (Beech drums)
- 3 Cymbal and 1 Hihat Sound
- Editor version 1.04 (capable to create multizone sounds and loops)

Thank you very much 2Box!!

Regards, Manfred

Nice.

The only crap thing is 4GB SD card. Now I have to delete something from the card to test new sounds.  :-\

Please be aware that you can update to OS 1.24 without having to change the DrumIt.dkit settings file. If you do, you might have to download new sounds which are used in some of the 100 kits. Also the unit settings will be default. It is advised to use single kits to test the new Beech kit for example. If you like it, you can use it as single kit or copy it to 1 of the 100 kit programs.
Happy days,
Deve.

Sounds (incl loops) and single kits can be in any folder you like. Make new folders and arrange them any way you want.  You can have upto 999 single kits, use the new Editor to import export them.

thanx deve.
having 999 dkits is awesome. it would be though even more awesome if we could rearrange the place that some dkits appear. for instance to make a single dkit load first. buw anyway thanx for EVERYTHING.
the new kits are so awesome!!!!!!thanx

So you don't put the 1.24 settings file on www.2box.se?

Hi. It's like when a new release of the Excel program comes around. It doesn't mean you have to update all your Excel documents. The new OS gives you new possibilities, but it reads the settings file you already have. There is no new 1.24 settings file, the latest version is 1.20. All OS releases will always read  setting files from an earlier version, when saving changed settings the will be in the latest supported version.
