i already have sennheiser hd201. not so good, not so loud not good bass, but you get what you pay. i was thinking about these here

Audio Technica do good headphones! I'm not sure of the exchange rate at the moment, but in our store we have three (http://www.musicjunkie.co.uk/product/Audio-Technica-ATHT200-Dynamic-Headphones/) good (http://www.musicjunkie.co.uk/product/Audio-Technica-ATHM20/) examples (http://www.musicjunkie.co.uk/product/Audio-Technica-ATHM40FS-Professional-Studio-Headphones/) currently in stock. The M40FS are really excellent for a totally flat response!

Headphones and edrums .... huge subject really..... just one of many threads at vdrums this one running 5 years now:

These are prolly my favorite edrum headphones under $100  .... Crutchfield is out of stock for another week or so, but great price at $79:

they may well be decent for the price, but saying they have a "totally flat response" is nothing more than marketing hype...
